Over the weekend, I had an opportunity
to visit Napa Valley one last time before
I say good bye to Bay Area.

So much to do!
I have less than one week left before I begin my road trip to Orlando
For the past two days, I've been so busy packing,
cleaning around the house,
sending off Christmas cards,
and many little things that consumes so much time!!
Why is it so easy to make a mess, but takes forever to CLEAN UP...?!
I still have lots to do, but you know what?
I need some peace and relaxation...
I'm done for the day and leave the rest for tomorrow!
I am ready to go turn on the hot tub and end the day by saying,
"Ahhh〜hh
"
It's funny, why do everyone say that??
Must be imprinted in our genes somewhere.

Hello Everyone!
This is going to be my first entry!
Please allow me to briefly explain myself. I was born and raised in California and I am moving to Orlando, FL next week to continue my career as Acupuncture Physician and Doctor of Oriental Medicine.
I hope some of the tips I will be posting provides some relief to those in pain and directs others to healthier lifestyle.
