Today was another really exciting day!
Few weeks ago,
I met a Japanese athletic trainer in Orlando area through blog,
and he invited me over to see him in action!

Free Origami Lesson!
KITADE Wellness Center will be hosting
Free Origami Lessons!
at Orange County Library.
Location will be:
West Oaks Branch in Ocoee - May 17, 11:30 am
South Creek Branch in Hunters Creek - May 31, 2:00 pm
We will be scheduling more Origami classes in
Dr. Phillips and Windermere branch soon!
Also, we will be doing lectures on topics relating to
Acupuncture, Oriental Medicine, Herbs, and
how to live healthy lifestyle.
