Thanksgiving @ Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge
I hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving Holiday!
and ate, ate, and then ate some more
Because that's what I did
I stayed at Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge
for few days and all I did was eat, eat, eat!
Sure, I read the news paper and took a dip in the pool,
but mostly I just ate
Yeah I know, everyone is saying... Arn't you supposed to watch
your diet because your a doctor! or you practice Acupuncture
and tell everyone to eat healthy!
You are absolutely right, I should have watched how I ate.
But hey, it's a once in a year event, and could YOU resist
when the concierge is bringing delicious looking food one
after another!
I had a relaxing and a very fulfilling time
Dinner at Citricos in Disney's Grand Floridian
was very nice too

Bell's Palsy treatment with Acupuncture
Bell's Palsy can be effectively be treated with

All my patients that I has been treated have had 80% to 100%
rate of function back after several weeks of treatment. I recently
recieved a thank you letter from one of my patient who originally

Sciatica & Acupuncture
Suffering from Sciatic Pain?
Sciatica isn't a disorder in and of itself. Instead, sciatica
is a symptom of another problem involving the nerve, such as a
herniated disk. [1]
In many case, sciatica is associated with pain that radiates from
your lower back / spine to your buttock (and / or) down the back
of your leg. It is common to see pain or discomfort along this nerve
pathway down to calf area.
The pain can vary widely, from a mild ache to a sharp, burning

2. Coldness and deficiency of the lower back
3. Qi and blood stagnation with phlegm formation

Bikram Yoga
One of my patient started a Yoga Studio in
Williamsburg area in Orlando!
The style is called Bikram Yoga, or some people
call it HOT Yoga
I went to visit the Yoga Studio over the weekend
and place was big! The studio can fit about 65 people
and there is a cafe at the entrance.
How Great is that! Go for a Yoga lesson and finish it
off with nice soothing tea
We received a free trial ticket, so I have to go check
it out! I'm not flexible at all, so I am a little worried.
Hopefully I can get some flexibility back
I'll let you know how that all went.
