Birtrhday!
Another year gone by and a brand new exciting year awaits!
Yesterday was my birthday and worked 12 hours.
All my patients said, "wooo you are getting old..."
But hey, age is just a marker and I don't want that get in the
way of doing what I want to do! So, I think it's not getting to me...
Sure, my back aches when I play golf all day and it's so much
more difficult to wake up the next day when I go out with my
friends, but there is so much more I have since I've gotten old.
I have my own Acupuncture and Integrative Medicine Clinic
here in Orlando. I'm able to meet so many new patients every week
and talk about different topics during the treatment! How exciting
is that!!
So yes, I feel wonderful getting old !

Facial / Microdermabrasion
For the last several weeks, I have been getting a facial on
weekly basis.
I started out with acne treatment several weeks ago because
I had a minor breakout, and now I'm getting booster facial with
vitamin C and minerals to nourish my skin. Oh, I don't want to
forget about the microdermabrasion too!
My face is as smooth as baby's skin and I feel great

Disney's Toy Story Mania
Over the weekend, we went to
Disney's Hollywood Studio
and waited to go on the new ride,
Toy Story Mania !
Can you believe it?! By 10:00 a.m. all the Fast Passes are
gone and people actually wait an hour just to get the Fast
Passes in the morning.
It's near impossible to wake up that early in the morning on
a weekend to do that, so we just waited in line for about 90 min.
to get on the ride after lunch
But you know, we got to meet older couple who works at Disney
part time that was there to enjoy the weekend and a couple
from Columbia vacationing to Orlando. We talked, talked, and
talked. So, 90 min almost went by in just a blink of an eye.
I love talking to people from young to elderly! They all have
different ideas and vision on all kinds of things. That's why I
love doing my job. I get to meet new people everyday and solve
their problems at the same time.
Oh, I almost forgot to mention what I taught about the ride.
Lots of fun!

Military Acupuncture
According to the news, Acupuncture has been used and studied
so successful that the Air Force will begin teaching
Battlefield Acupuncture
starting this year to physicians deploying to Iraq and Afghanistan.
Small team of military doctors has begun treating wounded troops
suffering from severe or chronic pain with acupuncture have
came back with very positive results!
It's wonderful to see that western medical professionals are integrating
acupuncture into the medical pratice. I hope acupuncture can alleviate
the pain of the wounded soldiers.
