TMJ is a common condition seen in many Dentist offices,
especially in young and middle aged people. Most of the time,
it happens on one side. Some cases starts from one side but
gradually involve the other side as well due to lack of function
on other side.
The main symptom are pain in front of the ear and difficulty
opening the mouth. The
joint has a clinking sound with
pain opening the mouth and tenderness on palpation.

The chief symptoms of
Trigeminal Neuralgia is
short, excruciating pains in the facial area due to
stimulation given by the
trigeminal nerve.
Trigeminal nerve by it's name is made up three
divisions; the ophthalmic, the maxillary, and the
mandibular branches.
The clinical features of this sudden attack is
spasmodic electric like shock lasting few seconds
to minutes in the face. Attacks may occur up to
several times a day, especially when the
facial nerves are being stimulated; for example when washing face,
eating, drinking or talking.
Another characteristic seen in
Trigeminal Neuralgiais that it only affects one side of the face most of the
time and due to it's sudden onset, there are no symptoms
between attacks which make it difficult to control the
severity of the attack.
Study have shown that the incidence is higher in middle
aged women than in other groups.
Condition must be distinguished from other forms of
facial neuralgia caused by disease of the jaw, teeth
or sinuses.

There are two kinds of
Elbow Pain frequently seen in
our clinical setting besides that of
arthritis.
One of them, which many people have heard of is
Tennis Elbow, an inflammation of the lateral epicondyle
of the humerus. Symptoms associated with this problems
are pain and tenderness around the lateral epicondyle of
humerous and the humeroradial joint intensified when
arm is rotated in extension.
Another kind of
elbow pain is
Acute Lesion of soft tissues
of the elbow. Local swelling, bleeding, tenderness or

I bought a new camera so I can up date more pictures
and let everyone know what's going on with my life visually!
I got the Panasonic Lumix
with 10x optical zoom and I think
it has 10 mega pixel. I'm not good with instructions... so, it's
my best guess. What inspired me to buy this camera was the
LEICA lense! I can not believe with this affordability, they come
equipped with LEICA lense. Any one who knows a little about
camera knows how great LEICA is.
So far, I just love the camera! I hope everyone enjoys the
pictures too

Over the weekend, I visited The Charles Hosmer
Morse Museum of American Art houses in
Winter Park.They carry the world's most comprehensive collection
of the works of Louis Comfort
Tiffany (1848-1933) including
Tiffany jewelry, pottery, paintings, art glass, leaded-glass
windows, lamps, and the chapel interior.
It's been several months since I've visited Winter Park, so
it was a very enjoyable weekend. Just my luck, they also had
an early Saint Patrick's parade, blocking
Park Avenue.
