Skim Milk for Slim You!
We've all heard Milk is good for your body.
But did you know Milk makes you thin!?
On March 02, 2009 of Yahoo article, it talks about milk stimulates
body to slimmer body.
Accoring to the article, with increased levels of calcium from milk,
particularly from low-fat sources, help to prevent fat storage, as
well as to raise metabolism to burn the calories faster and more
efficiently.
Calcium has also been linked to these other benefits too!
It ncreased levels of HDL, also know as the good cholestrol.
It also mproved skeletal calcium, both during growth and
among women in late menopause, reduced recurrence of
kidney stones and mproved symptoms of premenstrual
syndrome.
That doesn't mean you can drink all the milk in the world
Keep it with low fat!
