Elbow Pain
There are two kinds of Elbow Pain frequently seen in
our clinical setting besides that of arthritis.
One of them, which many people have heard of is
Tennis Elbow, an inflammation of the lateral epicondyle
of the humerus. Symptoms associated with this problems
are pain and tenderness around the lateral epicondyle of
humerous and the humeroradial joint intensified when
arm is rotated in extension.
Another kind of elbow pain is Acute Lesion of soft tissues
of the elbow. Local swelling, bleeding, tenderness or
functional impairment are all very common symptoms.
Clinically, attention will be paid to determine if any fracture
or dislocation is present, then treat the condition accordingly
to meet individual needs.
In these cases, acupuncture alone will not be enough
stimulation to manage the pain. We will use Acupuncture
Injection Therapy to control the pain in shortest time and
herbal analgesics and other herbs to maintain and promote
faster healing process.
