Swine Flu
Deadly Swine Flu strain's outbreak is threat to becoming
a global epidemic. Cases of this Swine Flu were confirmed in
United States.
As a Preventive Medicine practitioner, I urge everyone to
take action before you catch this epidemic. Simplest action can
prevent you from becoming at risk. When you go home, wash your
hands with anti-bacterial soap and gargle with water or salt water
to cleanse the throat. This 2 minute action can save you or reduce
the risk of catching many diseases.

Strained Neck / Neck Pain
Strained Neck / Neck Pain is a contraction or
spasm of one or more muscles of the neck caused by local
injury, strains or unsuitable posture of the head during sleep.
Characteristically the patient can't move his head upon
first arising in the morning. There is a pain in the neck radiating
to the shoulder or back. This condition is generally due to
improper position of the head during sleep, chilling of the local
area, or slight strain on the neck muscles. Clinical manifestations
are unilateral pain of the neck and impairment of neck rotation.
Acupuncture and Trigger Point Therapy is
very effective treatment to release these muscles and bring it
relaxed state. Depending on severity of the pain, Acupuncture
alone or Acupuncture and Trigger Point Therapy together will
may be used to treat the condition.
