Fittest Cities
I was just reading an article on the web regarding some
of the fittest cities in America.
According to Forbes article, a new report looks at 30
different measures to determine which cities' residents
are the healthiest.
Guess who came out 1st place ?!
Surprizingly, Washington D.C. took the number one spot
setting aside cities like San Francisco, which is often
mentioned for their active, health-conscious lifestyle.
Top 5 Fittest Cities were:
1. Washington, D.C.
2. Minneapolis-St. Paul, Minn.
3. Denver, Colo.
4. Boston, Mass.
5. San Francisco, Calif.
I'm glad San Francisco was at least in top 5.

Memorial Day
KITADE Wellness Center, Orlando will be closed for the
Memorial Day. May 25, 2009.
We hope everyone will enjoy the Memorial Day weekend

Rotary Club of Windermere
Earlier this week, KITADE Wellness Center was
invited to do a Wellness / Health talk relating to
Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine by the
Rotary Club in Windermere, FL.
We had over 50 people attend the health talk
introducing the importance of preventive medicine
and how acupuncture and herbal medicine can
help improve quality of life.
We had received a generous gift, a picture taken
by one of the Rotary Club member of Lake Butler in
Windermere during the sunset.
The photo was taken at the Rotary Club meeting
with the President of Windermere Rotary Club .
