High Blood Pressure.

High blood pressure is a very common concern

amongst many Americans, especially with modern

epidemic of obesity increasing rapidly over the

past decade.
For those who have high blood pressure, key

element that causes the increase in blood

pressure is your lifestyle!

This includes eating habits and regular exercise.

By slowly shifting your lifestyle, it can be a

fundamental treatment to reduce high blood

pressure and will be great prevention method for

further health risks in the future.

By making 4 simple changes to your lifestyle,

you can greatly reduce your blood pressure and

furthermore avoid geriatric diseases in the long run.

1.REDUCE SODIUM INTAKE:
Your body only requires 1〜3g of sodium per day.
Try to enjoy the natural flavor of the food and
avoid processed food.

2.TRY TO KEEP ALCOHOL INTAKE TO MINIMAL:
Alcohol has an effect to increase blood pressure.
Let's keep it under a glass of wine or a can of beer
per day.

3.LOOSE THE EXCESS WEIGHT:
It is good to keep BMI at around 22. Stop snacking
on something between meals and when eating, chew
the food very well. Take your time finishing your meal.

4.REGULAR EXERCISE:
You can simply count number of steps you walk per
day. It is recommended that average person take
approximately 10,000 steps through out the day!
Try parking a little further away next time you go
shopping or go out to a dinner!!
