Dizziness / Vertigo

IMG_0107のコピー_s

Dizziness and Vertigo is often due to lack of

circulation to the head. To treat this problem effectively, it is

necessary to allow the blood to flow to the occipital region.

There are two main acupuncture points that can be massaged

to reduce the symptoms and signs of Dizziness and Vertigo.

On the picture above, there are two acupuncture points on the

top of the neck where the neck inserts to the lower border of

the head. Massage these points on the either side of the neck

to allow smoother blood flow to the head.

Now, go down two finger width down the neck from the points

just massaged and look for tenderness or knotted mass in that

area. You may or may not find it on either side. Massage the

knotted mass until it becomes soft.

This should help to resolve the Dizziness and Vertigo temporarily.

It is advised to consult a physician to treat this problem in early

stage as it may become chronic, which may lead to other

complications in the future.
